Choulet Performance Psychiatry® operates on a fee-for-service basis and does not participate directly with insurance plans. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. This model allows us to maintain a higher standard of care, free from the constraints of insurance-based systems.
Our Client Care Manager will respond to your inquiry within one business day and work to schedule your first appointment as efficiently as possible given clinician availability.
Your first session is a comprehensive evaluation, typically 60 to 90 minutes, where your clinician takes the time to understand your full history, current concerns, and goals. From there, your care plan is built around you.
Yes. We offer secure telehealth services across all states where our clinicians are licensed, in addition to in-person care at each of our practice locations.
Requesting an appointment moves you directly into our intake process. Scheduling a call with our Client Care Manager is a good option if you have questions first or want guidance on which clinician or service is the right fit before committing to a full appointment.
